An Electronics-Grade Ultrapure Water (UPW) System is a highly specialized water treatment solution designed to produce ultra-high purity water for semiconductor manufacturing, microelectronics production, PCB fabrication, lithium battery manufacturing, photovoltaic industries, and precision electronic component processing.

CHONGYANG WATER Electronics-Grade UPW Systems combine membrane separation, EDI technology, ion exchange polishing, UV oxidation, degasification, and final ultrafiltration to consistently produce ultrapure water with resistivity up to 18.2 MΩ·cm.
